Job Summary:

Space Executive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our Digital Treasury department, you will play a crucial role in scaling our Digital Treasury product offering.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with experience in Fintech/Payments/Banking, working with Agile methodologies and the end-to-end development of products. Your expertise in managing and implementing digital treasury solutions, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), cash management tools, and liquidity management platforms, will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Director and Digital Treasury Product Owner to develop best-in-class banking products.
  • Manage and visualize outcomes, as well as scope and prioritize work, with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use to enable the delivery of effective solutions and outcomes.
  • Select and use the most appropriate tools and techniques to support the planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and improvement of systems and services within a project.
  • Investigate, analyze, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Document conceptual models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in a Fintech/Payments/Banking environment, working with Agile methodologies and the end-to-end development of products.
  • Must have experience with managing and implementing digital treasury solutions, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), cash management tools, and liquidity management platforms.
  • A strong technical understanding of APIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, being able to influence and guide stakeholders toward business goals.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in using various business analysis tools and techniques to elicit, document, and manage requirements effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
