Production Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team at Premdor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating an efficient production plan that meets customer requirements and supports our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update inventory levels to ensure optimal stockholding.
- Create production schedules that meet customer demands and internal requirements.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure raw materials are available to support production.
- Monitor and maintain finished goods inventory levels in accordance with set targets.
- Develop and provide management information to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production planning and execution.
About You
- Experience in a production planning environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) and 3 years' experience in a similar role.
