We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our team at Platinum Resourcing. This is a newly created role that requires a strong understanding of production, logistics, and stock control.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAGE 50 and be able to manage component inventories, produce works and manufacturing instructions, and plan manufacturing to suit client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing component pick lists and monitoring stock inventories
  • Managing specific component inventories and liaising with supply chain and in-house procurement lead
  • Producing customer invoices and organizing logistic movement of outbound shipments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and supply-chain partners
