Accounts Payable Finance Associate

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Finance Associate to join their finance team on a temp to perm basis. As an Accounts Payable Finance Associate, you will be responsible for daily processing of supplier invoices onto Sage, weekly processing of employee expenses, and maintenance of an email inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of supplier invoices onto Sage software.
- Weekly processing of employee expenses.
- Maintenance of email inbox and responding to queries from suppliers.
- Preparation of invoices for payment and allocation of supplier payments.
- Reconciliation of direct debit accounts and individual supplier accounts.
Requirements:
A proven track record in high-volume Accounts Payable roles with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in accounting software and intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge are essential. The ideal candidate should be available to start at short notice.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. A hybrid model with 2 days working from home is also offered, along with an attractive modern office space and close proximity to local amenities and transport links.
