Account Payable Assistant

Company Overview

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £28-30k per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Post supplier invoices and staff expense claims to the ledgers, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders and receipts.
  • Produce weekly payment runs, ensuring all payments are made within due dates and for the correct amounts.
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations and action any queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working as an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Assistant.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
