Work-Based Learning Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Careers, Employability and Alumni team as a Work-Based Learning Manager.

This role involves delivering tailored support to students throughout their academic journey, ensuring they achieve their career aspirations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in work-based learning, gained through supporting placement students or recruiting graduates.

The successful candidate will also possess strong knowledge of the graduate labour market and the higher education landscape, with proven experience in project management. They will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and delivering results within tight deadlines.

This is a hybrid role that requires occasional travel to one of our campus locations, with at least one day per month spent on-site. The ideal candidate will be able to balance remote work with on-campus responsibilities.
