We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Administrator to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners and Administrators in providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and collate quantitative information to compile wealth management and financial planning reports.
  • Utilize cash flow planning tools (Truth/Voyant) to provide accurate and efficient client solutions.
  • Discuss client needs and objectives with wealth managers and undertake research to identify suitable solutions.
  • Prepare tax calculations for withdrawals and complete client review recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient client records and data in accordance with company and FCA rules.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product, technical, and legislative changes.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day work through our workflow system and hold regular meetings with Financial Planners and Administrators.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on day-to-day working practices, training, and technical support.
Requirements:
  • Hold or working towards Diploma in Financial Planning or Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' industry experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Good numeracy skills with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization skills with experience of working to deadlines.
  • Good understanding of FCA ethics, rules, and requirements.
  • Good knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection plans as well as other financial products and financial planning tools.
