- Utilize cash flow planning tools (Truth/Voyant) to provide accurate and efficient client solutions.
- Discuss client needs and objectives with wealth managers and undertake research to identify suitable solutions.
- Prepare tax calculations for withdrawals and complete client review recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and efficient client records and data in accordance with company and FCA rules.
- Stay up-to-date with new product, technical, and legislative changes.
- Effectively manage day-to-day work through our workflow system and hold regular meetings with Financial Planners and Administrators.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on day-to-day working practices, training, and technical support.
- Hold or working towards Diploma in Financial Planning or Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' industry experience.
- Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good report writing skills.
- Good numeracy skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills with experience of working to deadlines.
- Good understanding of FCA ethics, rules, and requirements.
- Good knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection plans as well as other financial products and financial planning tools.
- 10% pension contribution.
- 4 x death in service.
- Bupa cash plan, covers medical prescription costs etc.
- 21 days holiday + BH, increases incrementally following 2 years' service to a maximum of 27 days.
- Support with professional qualifications.
- Flexibility on working hours and some working from home, subject to a satisfactory probation period.
