Mode Search is a renowned recruitment agency, partnering with luxury brands to find exceptional talent. We are currently seeking an accomplished Store Director for one of our esteemed clients in the fine jewellery industry.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the store's operations, driving high jewellery sales and team development. As a dynamic leader, you will lead by example, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing a team, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, and fostering a positive team culture. You will also collaborate with senior leadership and operations teams to ensure consistency across all store functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily store operations to achieve or exceed sales goals and operational targets.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client engagement, and operational efficiency, and take action to optimize performance.
• Manage and motivate the team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Ensure store compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and internal controls.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in luxury retail management, with a strong focus on sales, client relationships, and people management.
• High jewellery or premium luxury goods experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive store performance while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance.
• Strong clienteling skills, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
