Evri Night Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Warrington Hub. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing the supervision of Warehouse Operatives and managing the day-to-day activities of the Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Warehouse Operatives during the Night Shift, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the warehouse.
  • Monitor and control the quality of sortation and its performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and control Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, mis-sorts, damages, and momentum scanning compliance.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings with Warehouse Operatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, hygiene, and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Requirements:
  • PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in logistics or distribution, with a proven track record of managing a team of operatives.
  • Ability to work at pace to challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influencing skills, using data and effective communication to drive results.
