We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Evri's Warrington Hub. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing the supervision of Warehouse Operatives and managing the day-to-day activities of your zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Warehouse Operatives to achieve forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
- Support the Process Manager in maintaining quality standards and performance metrics.
- Manage and control Client SLA's, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, mis-sorts, and damages.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings with Operatives.
- Ensure H&S, hygiene, and quality audits are completed, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Requirements:
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in logistics or distribution, with a background in managing a team of operatives.
- Ability to work at pace to challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong influencing skills using data and effective communication.
