Evri Night Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Evri's Warrington Hub. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing the supervision of Warehouse Operatives, and driving productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Warehouse Operatives during night shifts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of parcels.
  • Monitor and control throughput, parcel presentation, and productivity levels, achieving forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
  • Support the Process Manager in maintaining quality standards and performance metrics.
  • Manage and control Client SLAs, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, and parcel presentation.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings with Operatives.
  • Ensure adherence to H&S, hygiene, and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Requirements:
  • PC literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in logistics or distribution, with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Ability to work at pace to challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influencing skills, using data and effective communication to drive results.
