As a Dispensary Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary services. This includes leading a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff, managing pharmacy supplies, and implementing new policies and procedures.

With experience in hospital pharmacy service delivery and knowledge of pharmaceutical technical procedures, you will be able to contribute to the review of dispensary services and implement improvements to increase efficiency and integration with Trust services.

You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You will also be able to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
