About the Role

Morgan Law is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Salesforce Programme and drive our Data Strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a transformational programme that will upgrade and migrate our key CRM systems to a Salesforce Lightning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Programme: Oversee the delivery of our Salesforce Programme, ensuring that it is executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop the Data Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive data strategy that will combine siloed data sources, enabling richer insights, reporting, and an improved customer and supporter journey.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are brought on a change management journey and concepts are explained clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee Technology Partnerships: Manage relationships with key technology platform providers, ensuring that we have high-quality third-party partnerships in place.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven experience of leading Data & Analytics transformation programmes through to completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Significant knowledge and experience of implementing and overseeing data applications, including CRM systems, data platforms/warehouses, and data visualisation tools. Experience with Salesforce and Azure is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with experience of successful delivery of significant technology transformation programmes, including system platform upgrades and/or migration and orchestrated transition to cloud infrastructure.
  • Data Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in data management and utilisation, including experience of developing and delivering organisation-wide data strategies.
  • Partnership Management: Experience of managing third-party provider partnerships, including leading on tender process for selection, ensuring aims and best value are delivered for the organisation.
