  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive community.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing tailored support when needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • EYTS (Early Years Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience working with early years children.

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
