Business Lecturer Opportunity at Elizabeth School of London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Lecturer to join our dynamic team at Elizabeth School of London Limited. As a key member of our academic staff, you will contribute to the delivery of business programs with renowned university partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of business programs, particularly Foundation year and full-degree courses.
  • Tutor students, providing individualized support to enable them to achieve their academic goals and progress to positive destinations.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of courses, working collaboratively with staff and students.
  • Develop and deliver module materials, assessments, and evaluations in line with the Learning Outcomes and syllabuses of modules.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, ensuring they meet the requirements of the program specifications.
  • Support students with formative feedback and mark and provide summative feedback within the prescribed deadlines.
  • Ensure that all expectations of the Programme Specification of respective Awarding Bodies and Universities under which modules are being taught.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree and/or a PhD in a relevant area, such as business, management, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualifications, such as PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, or FHEA.
  • Previous lecturing experience in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with students from diverse backgrounds.
