Job Title: Business Lecturer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Lecturer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a Business Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of programs within a Higher Education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and assess students on a range of business programs, including Foundation year and full-degree courses.
- Develop and deliver module materials, including Scheme of Work and assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of courses, working closely with staff and students.
- Support students with their learning needs, including formative and summative feedback.
- Mark and provide summative feedback within prescribed deadlines.
- Ensure that all expectations of the Programme Specification are met.
- Produce module/unit reports.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Contribute to the Business School's Research Department.
Requirements:
- Master's degree and/or a PhD in a relevant area.
- Teaching qualifications, such as PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, or FHEA.
- Previous lecturing experience for similar courses at HEI level.
- Experience working in the industry of your subject.
