About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at GRAHAM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services within NI Water facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reactive and planned building fabric repairs and maintenance within NI Water facilities, including basic plumbing tasks based on your skillset.
  • Engage in reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works to support the development of NI Water's facilities management strategy.
  • Interact professionally with a diverse range of clients, representing GRAHAM with courtesy and expertise.
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Utilise PDAs or other electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Solve complex technical problems related to minor works, including sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers for technical support.
  • Adhere to the highest health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments for each task to ensure best practices.
  • Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in building maintenance, particularly with carpentry or joinery skills. You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a building maintenance role and hold a relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds certification.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. A full UK Driver's License and registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card are also essential requirements for this role.
