About the Role

Graham Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled and versatile engineer to join our team as a Multi Skilled Engineer - Building Fabric Bias. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned building fabric repairs and maintenance within our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing reactive and planned building fabric repairs and maintenance, including basic plumbing tasks based on your skillset.
  • Engaging in reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works to support the development of our client's facilities management strategy.
  • Interacting professionally with a diverse range of clients, representing Graham Asset Management with courtesy and expertise.
  • Completing and submitting accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Utilizing PDAs or other electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Solving complex technical problems related to minor works, including sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers for technical support.
  • Adhering to the highest health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments for each task to ensure best practices.
  • Providing regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
About You
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a building maintenance role, particularly with carpentry or joinery skills.
  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
  • Desirable criteria include IOSH - Working Safely or equivalent certification, IT skills, particularly in using PDAs for task management, and asbestos awareness training.
