About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Bias Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in the North-West region, supporting our contract with Northern Ireland Water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks with a focus on gas systems, minor building fabric repairs, and basic plumbing installations.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and addressing their needs efficiently.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation accurately and on time, using both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to gas systems and minor works, including sourcing parts and seeking technical support.
  • Follow strict health and safety guidelines, including conducting risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rota basis to ensure continuous service availability.
Requirements
  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant field.
  • Gas Safe Registered.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in building maintenance, with a strong focus on gas-related tasks.
  • Current Full UK Driver's License.
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
