New Homes Land Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Land Consultant to join our team at Manning Stainton Group. As a key member of our Land and New Homes division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new land and development opportunities for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate agency or Land and New Homes sales, with excellent communication and administrative skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a high degree of self-motivation. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as regular travel across the North West of England will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new land and development opportunities for our clients.
  • Monitor and record detailed planning application records from Planning Portals and Land Technology sites.
  • Gather data and conduct research via various databases to ascertain land or development owners' key stakeholders.
  • Produce and send prospecting and enquiry documentation to land or development owners' key stakeholders.
  • Carry out physical site visits to establish the status of a site and accurately document.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Skill in prioritising obligations.

  • Confident car driver (must have own vehicle insured for business use).
  • Flexible working where required.
