Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Land and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. This exciting opportunity will see you play a crucial role in supporting our Yorkshire West region in acquiring land in line with their five-year business plan.
As a key member of our function, you will be responsible for delivering the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Land and Partnerships Director, you will proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate the growth plans.
Key responsibilities will include identifying, assessing, and pursuing potential land and partnership opportunities, leading and supervising bid submissions, and taking ownership of legal agreement negotiations. You will also be responsible for developing team members, enabling and motivating them to achieve their best and support the growth of the business.
Requirements
We are looking for a Land and Partnerships Manager with proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition. You will embody our Keepmoat values, being a creative and resilient individual with experience developing strategies using your initiative and negotiating skills. You will be collaborative, skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement, with experience in developing strategies and influencing senior decision makers. Strong negotiating and influencing skills are essential, as well as a straightforward approach and ability to manage effectively across functional teams.
