New Homes Land Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Land Consultant to join our team at Northernestateagencies. As a key member of our Land and New Homes division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring potential land and development opportunities for new build developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential land and development opportunities for new build developers.
  • Monitor and record detailed planning application records from Planning Portals and Land Technology sites.
  • Gather data and conduct research via various databases to ascertain land or development owner's / key stakeholders.
  • Produce and send relevant prospecting / enquiry documentation to land or development owners / key stakeholders.
  • Carry out physical site visits to establish the status of a site and accurately document.

Requirements:

  • High degree of self-motivation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eye for detail, quality, and accuracy, with excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise obligations, with IT fluency and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Confident car driver with own vehicle insured for business use, and flexible working where required.
