The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Agent to join our team in Bristol, working mainly across the South West region. As a Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team
  • Conducting client pitches and meetings with business owners, liaising with sector professionals, and delivering presentations
  • Estimating the value of businesses using industry-standard calculations and processes
  • Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries, and negotiating sales
  • Arranging viewings, processing offers, and liaising with key contacts, including solicitors
  • Providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome
  • Utilizing our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage sales processes and deliver real-time reporting
  • Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region
  • Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts, and influencers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within commercial or residential estate agency business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Relevant real estate degree or equivalent
  • GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • UK Driver's license and confident with driving long distances
