  • The role of ICT Project Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for the successful implementation of projects assigned by the manager of the ICT projects team. The successful candidate will identify the tasks necessary to implement a project, calculate the resources and budget required for the project, and agree the timetable for implementation with the system owner and the appropriate parts of the ICT department.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or equivalent, and have successfully completed a training course on the management of ICT projects. The candidate should also have previous experience of implementing IT systems or similar projects in large and complex organisations.
  • The ICT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of project staff and external suppliers, and will facilitate multi-discipline meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be able to apply these to drive projects forward and deliver results.
  • As a key member of the ICT team, the ICT Project Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation and contributing to the delivery of our strategic objectives.
  • The role involves working across groups, departments, and with external suppliers, and therefore requires a diplomatic but authoritative approach to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
