Empowerment Coordinator

We are seeking an Empowerment Coordinator to join our Northamptonshire team. As an Empowerment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to take control of their lives. You will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that individuals receive the support they need to make informed decisions about their care, treatment, and support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience. They will also have a proven track record of working in advocacy or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- To empower individuals to take control of their lives, ensuring their wishes, feelings, beliefs, needs, and values are met.
- To work collaboratively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop individualised support plans.
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of working in advocacy or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
