About the Role

Marie Curie is seeking an exceptional nursing leader to join our team as Associate Director of Nursing and Quality. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to deliver high-quality care and services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Strategy, ensuring best practices are shared and celebrated across all services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver regulatory compliance and clinical governance strategies.
  • Provide senior nursing leadership and expert professional advice to managers, medical staff, and Executive Directors.
  • Lead the review and redesign of our organisational Quality Account, working to statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and lead the organisational strategic approach to regulatory preparedness and inspection across all places within the 4 nations.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior operational leadership and delivery of regulated healthcare services in the UK.
  • Significant experience of strategic planning, implementation, execution, and leadership.
  • Understanding of the use of clinical systems and technology to support and enhance clinical care, best practice, and quality outcomes.
  • Significant knowledge of quality, clinical governance, and assurance in a healthcare setting.
