Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Property Manager to join our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
  • Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
  • Liaise with tradespeople/contractors and keep customers up to date
  • Organize safety inspections and manage remedial works
  • Liaise with landlords following regular property visits
  • Assist customers with general tenancy queries
  • Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
  • Deal promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
  • Provide a first-class service to maximize customer retention
  • Ensure personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved
