Role Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Property Manager to join our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Peacehaven. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.



Key Responsibilities


As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Acting as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff;
  • Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance;
  • Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping customers up to date;
  • Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works;
  • Liaising with landlords following regular property visits;
  • Assisting customers with general tenancy queries;
  • Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers;
  • Dealing promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners;
  • Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention;
  • Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved.


Requirements


To be successful as a Property Manager, you will need:



  • A strong customer service background and confident communication skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills;
  • Good analytical ability;
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure;
  • Strong team player skills.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including full training and development opportunities, a good understanding of estate agency business, a fast-paced and fun environment, regular team meetings, full company briefings, and a career pathway.
