XLCATLIN is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery and Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

This role will play a key part in improving regulatory relations and creating a unified approach across the delegated service centre.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate various aspects of the delegated authority framework, including relationship management, project management, and involvement in transversal projects.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Liaise with Middle Office for all DA related topics and ensure appropriate level of support is provided by MO.
  4. Manage relationships with UW/Claims teams to ensure that the DASC is providing appropriate level of operational support and gather requirements.
  5. Support the onboarding process for new delegated authority partners, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and system setup.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and experience in insurance with a focus on delegated authority coordination.
  • Proven experience in relationship and stakeholder management within an insurance context.
  • Proficiency in managing projects and using project management tools.
  • Experience in governance reporting and transversal project involvement.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and governance requirements specific to the insurance industry.
  • Ability to manage onshore and offshore resources.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. XLCATLIN offers a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
