About the Job Description

This Care Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of carers in Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Care, or equivalent, as well as knowledge of the community care sector.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with carers, community organisations, and healthcare providers.

The company will provide comprehensive reference and pre-employment background checking conducted prior to an offer of employment, including criminal record history checks, NDIS worker screening, and other employee screening as determined by the position description.
