Human Resources Specialist

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team in Enfield as a Human Resources Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and other HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations Expertise: Manage and resolve a variety of ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and employment tribunals with confidence.
- HR Support Across Sites: Be the first point of contact for HR matters, supporting employees and managers across various locations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Guide managers through the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
- Training and Development: Coach and guide managers on people management practices, ensuring they are well-versed in HR policies and best practices.
- Policy Updates and Compliance: Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensure that our HR policies are compliant and reflective of current legislation.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER) with a track record of handling complex cases from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers excellent benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
