The RoleWe're seeking a confident, analytical, and natural communicator to join our dynamic team. As a specialist in SEO, you'll formulate and deliver our SEO strategy across technical capability, content marketing, keyword targeting, and outreach projects. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Digital, Trading, and Digital Agencies teams to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our SEO strategy, leveraging technical capabilities, content marketing, keyword targeting, and outreach projects.
- Manage and implement SEO processes supported by a leading agency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Trading, and Digital Agencies to drive business growth.
- Lead our SEO agency team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and drive performance uplifts.
- Communicate SEO performance and strategy progress to the business.
- Manage SEO governance across cross-functional teams and Halfords.com.
- Report monthly on SEO performance to senior management teams.
- Strong understanding and passion for SEO, with a proven track record in delivering results across all elements of SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Be at the forefront of SEO knowledge and actively participate in the SEO community.
- Refine our SEO process and activities to ensure they remain market-leading and cutting-edge.
- Strong technical and analytical experience, including GA4.
- Strong link building and content marketing experience.
