Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team at Wilson Vale, a leading contract caterer. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience for our clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu concepts and promotions.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation, flavor, and texture.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
