Senior Nurse or AHP Project Lead

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Cancer Service Improvement Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the ACCEND framework across our cancer services.
Your Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with Lead nurses and Line managers to develop and implement training programs.
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis to ensure the clinical workforce has the necessary skills and competencies.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clinicians to enhance care provision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
