Resilience and Education Lead

Join Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Resilience and Education Lead and contribute to enhancing care provision across the trust's cancer services. This role requires an experienced senior nurse or Allied Health Professional to support the implementation of the ACCEND framework.

In this role, you will work closely with lead nurses and line managers to identify training needs and develop competency frameworks. You will also provide expert advice, knowledge, guidance, and support to clinicians, including Clinical Nurse Specialists, Allied Health Professionals, and Cancer Support Workers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience at a senior level (band 6) and strong change management and project management skills. A relevant degree in a health-related subject or relevant work experience is also required.

Salary

£62,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
