Pedagogical Lead for Young Learners

Job Description:
We are seeking a Pedagogical Lead for Young Learners to join our team in Glos. As a lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality early years education programs for children aged 2-4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with national standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of early years education
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their teaching practices
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing early years education programs
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
