About the TeamOur Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team is one of the most established and respected teams in the industry. We have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice to clients across a range of sectors, including energy, transport, and public sector.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on commercial contracts relating to energy, infrastructure, transport, and public sector transactions.
- Provide strategic commercial and procurement advice at all stages of procurement.
- Deliver public sector infrastructure projects under supervision.
- Work closely with existing clients to maintain and develop relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to execute large-scale, high-value client matters.
- At least 1 year of PQE experience in Infrastructure, Projects & Energy or Commercial Contracts.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition to find solutions to clients' legal challenges.
- Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- A consultative and thorough approach to tasks.
- Maintain efficient diary and task management.
- Confidence in drafting clear and legally effective documents.
