Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community, identifying banking needs and providing expert advice
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions and resolving issues
Requirements:
  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
  • Goal-oriented individual with a passion for putting clients first
  • Strong problem-solving and people skills, with ability to build lasting relationships
  • Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
