Job Description

As a key member of the Cambridge House team, you will play a vital role in shaping the hotel's culture and ensuring the success of our employees. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Talent and Culture Director.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. This will involve working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee Members to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
  2. Lead the development and implementation of organizational culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  3. Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Committee Members to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their career development and growth
  6. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with UK labour laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR Generalist responsibilities within a high-volume, luxury hotel environment
  • Experience serving as a Talent & Culture leader within the United Kingdom with a strong understanding of UK labour laws, statutes, acts, and international recruitment
  • Ability to partner with the General Manager of the property to create a world-class company culture
  • Strong background in food & beverage, culinary recruitment, and the ability to create recruitment strategies to become the employer of choice within London
  • Ability to drive and lead Auberge Resorts Collection trainings and create leadership succession plans
  • HRIS/HCM system knowledge, implementation experience helpful
  • University/College degree, preferably within Human Resource Management or Hospitality
