Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rota Planning: Plan and schedule staff rotas using a computer-based roster system.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff rotas and client information.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience working with computer-based roster systems. You should also be familiar with organizational policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive team environment.
