Job Title: Quotes Estimator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quotes Estimator to join our sales team at Jobwise Ltd. As a Quotes Estimator, you will be responsible for receiving quotes from new or existing customers on a design they are looking to build.

The design will be made up of switchboards, modular panels, and will be used in a variety of industries to source power. You will use the clients' drawing to configure the design using the AutoCAD system, enabling you to identify how the design can be built and what parts will be used.

Once the design has been configured, you will then run the clients' bespoke calcs system to itemise all parts and prices. You will then send the final design and quote to the customer with information.

The customer will then liaise with you about any additional parts or amendments they would like to make before the quote becomes an order.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have experience within an Electrical or Mechanical field.
  • Experience working for an electrical distributor or manufacturer is a plus.
  • Experience in electrical engineering is also a plus.
  • You will be hands-on and quick to learn.
  • Experience in working on AutoCAD design and experienced in 2D or 3D imaging is a plus.
  • Computer savvy is a must.
