Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
Career Makers is seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of machinery, with a focus on electrical maintenance (70%) and mechanical maintenance (30%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, including the Erema extrusion machine, PRP small extrusion machine, and granulating machines.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall machinery performance and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Mechanical and electrical engineering background with a focus on waste management.
- Proven experience in both reactive and preventative maintenance practices.
- Specialized knowledge in electrical maintenance (70%) and mechanical maintenance (30%).
- Previous work experience in waste management or plastic manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
