Job Summary

The Landmark Hotel London Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Public Area Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team. As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our public areas, back of house spaces, and offices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas, and offices, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with deliveries for the department, including receiving orders, checking for accuracy, and storing items.
  • Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues to management and request stock as needed.
  • Participate in the training of new starters and assist with other duties assigned by the management team.

Working Hours

This role requires working 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
