Senior Team Leader Position:

Job Overview: Broadlands Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pastoral support to students
  • Lead and manage a team of staff members
  • Contribute to the development of educational policies and procedures


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of educational principles and practices


Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of £37,938 - £40,476 FTE (actual salary + well-being cash plan + pension scheme)
  • 37 hours per week, 39 weeks + 4 weeks contract
