Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our senior leadership team. As Head, Academic Development, you will play a key role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of Clifton College - Preparatory School.

You will lead the development of academic programs, manage the curriculum, and ensure high-quality teaching practices across the school. Your expertise will help us maintain our position as a leading preparatory school.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual with a strong background in education leadership. You should have:

  • A proven track record of academic leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate teachers and students alike.
  • A deep understanding of educational pedagogy and curriculum design.
Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
