Job Description:
We are seeking a Night Support Worker to join our team at Agnes Court, a residential care home for adults with physical disabilities. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and support residents in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our residents and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with residents and their families.
- Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
