Portfolio Property Manager

As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of service to our clients, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of Risk Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional levels of service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Site Inspections: Travel to client sites to conduct basic inspections and monitor onsite works, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of Risk Assessments and their planned frequency for re-inspection.
  • Contract Management: Meet contractors at the property to ensure contract conditions are adhered to and inspect works after completion.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budgets for each property within the portfolio and ensure they are complete and approved two weeks prior to the billing period.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients/landlords to agree on the service charge budget and arrange day-to-day repairs.

We are looking for a strong customer service individual who can effectively resolve complaints or issues. Experience in the property or construction sector, or in client account management, is advantageous but not essential. This role is field-based for at least 1-2 days a week, and you must have a driver's license and be flexible in driving to each site within your territory in Shropshire and surrounding locations.
