Block Manager Opportunity

A prestigious property management company based in Shrewsbury is seeking a diligent Block Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the residential block management portfolio, ensuring excellent service levels and maximizing property assets for freeholders and leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of the residential block management portfolio, including site visits and repairs
  • Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and residents
  • Ensure company service agreement levels are met
  • Maximize property assets for freeholders and leaseholders
  • Assist with service charge collection and managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries
  • Attend AGMs and assist with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts
Requirements:
  • Previous block management or commercial property management experience is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage own time effectively
  • Solid IT skills and technology savvy
  • ATPI (formerly IRPM) qualification is ideal
