Job Description:

The Plant Controller plays a critical role within our Business Unit Finance team, overseeing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling for the plant. This position involves close collaboration with the plant manager to ensure strategic decision-making and financial alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of business unit guidelines.
  • Review of monthly financials for the plant.
  • Lead all financial matters, including controlling, budgeting, CAPEX, investment appraisal, OCF, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Responsible for variance analyses, identifying business and cost trends, and providing recommendations for cost management and operational changes.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Controlling:

  • Delivering annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and controlling actual accounts for the plant.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business/Finance or equivalent.
  • ERP skills (SAP experience, HFM).

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
