Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to Paraplanners and Chartered advisers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Processing new business applications, chasing outstanding information, and conducting research reviews and renewals.
  • Liaising with external companies to facilitate efficient communication and timely completion of tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least two years of experience as an IFA administrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
